The traditional textbook is still a staple for learning in many classrooms. But a University of Minnesota Professor is trading textbooks for technology to help kids explore the world. On this week’s Access Minnesota, Aaron Doering, Director of the Learning Technologies Media Lab at the U of M, joins us to discuss adventure learning, where students follow him as he travels the globe from Nepal to the Amazon to the Arctic.
